To change management settings, view or edit the lists of programs excluded from management, configure notifications, and set accounting options in Windows System Resource Manager, use the Windows System Resource Manager Properties page.
To open Windows System Resource Manager Properties |

Open Windows System Resource Manager. To open Windows System Resource Manager, click Start, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Windows System Resource Manager.

In the Connect to Computer dialog box, select This computer, and then click Connect.

In the console tree, right-click Windows System Resource Manager (Local), and then click Properties.

On the Management tab, you can start or stop management by changing the Management state. You can also configure basic Windows System Resource Manager options including calendar status, management type, current resource allocation policy, and the calendar default policy. |
Exclusion List |
