Use this wizard page to enable the individual components of RRAS that you want to use. This page appears if you select Custom Configuration on the Configuration page of the RRAS Setup Wizard.

Selecting Custom Configuration and then selecting options on this page does not cause any additional wizard pages to appear. All of the selected RRAS components are installed, but must be configured manually after the installation of the RRAS server role. |

VPN access |
Select this option to configure the RRAS server to allow remote access clients to connect to the private network across the Internet. |
Dial-up access |
Select this option to configure the RRAS server to allow remote access clients to connect to the private network by dialing into a modem bank or other dial-up equipment. |
Demand-dial connections (used for branch office routing) |
Select this option to configure the RRAS server to initiate and receive demand-dial connections. |
NAT |
Select this option to configure the RRAS server to share an Internet connection with computers on the private network and to translate traffic between its public address and the private network. |
LAN routing |
Select this option to configure the RRAS server to forward network packets from one LAN network segment to another. |
