You can change the time scale (the unit of time that is included in each block in the calendar) for each schedule that you create.

Membership in the local Administrators group, or equivalent, is the minimum required to complete this procedure.

To set a schedule time scale
  1. Open Windows System Resource Manager. To open Windows System Resource Manager, click Start, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Windows System Resource Manager.

  2. In the Connect to Computer dialog box, select This computer, and then click Connect.

  3. In the console tree, expand Calendar, and then click Schedule.

  4. In the console pane, right-click the name of the schedule that you want to modify, and then click Edit Schedule Entry.

  5. Right-click in the calendar, point to Time Scale, and then click a value.

  6. Click OK.
