To configure the default calendar resource allocation policy |
-
Open Windows System Resource Manager. To open Windows System Resource Manager, click Start, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Windows System Resource Manager.
-
In the Connect to Computer dialog box, select This computer, and then click Connect.
-
In the console tree, right-click Windows System Resource Manager (Local), and then click Properties.
-
In the Windows System Resource Manager Properties dialog box, on the Management tab, in the Calendar default policy list, select a resource allocation policy, and then click OK.
Additional considerations
- When the calendar control is enabled, the
default calendar resource-allocation policy manages the system when
a user-defined calendar event is not running. If a schedule is
running, the default calendar resource allocation policy runs when
other calendar events are not scheduled.
