When you create a new process matching criterion or edit an existing one, you can add a new rule by clicking Add on the Rules tab of the properties page of a process matching criterion.

Choose an application or service to include from a list |
On the Files or Command Lines tab, select Registered Service, Running Process, Application, or IIS App-Pool from the drop-down list, and then click Select. Click the name of the matched process that you want to include, and then click OK.

On the Files or Command Lines tab, select the Excluded files or command lines check box. Next, under Excluded files or command lines, click a blank line, and then type the file name or regular expression that you want to match. Choose an application or service to exclude from a list |
On the Files or Command Lines tab, select the Excluded files or command lines check box. Next, select Registered Service, Running Process, Application, or IIS App-Pool from the drop-down list, and then click Select. Click the name of the matched process that you want to exclude, and then click OK.

On the Users or Groups tab, under Included users and groups, click Add.
In the Select Users or Groups dialog box, choose users or groups to include.
