Membership in the local Administrators group, or equivalent, is the minimum required to complete this procedure.
To filter accounting data before grouping |

Open Windows System Resource Manager. To open Windows System Resource Manager, click Start, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Windows System Resource Manager.

In the Connect to Computer dialog box, select This computer, and then click Connect.

In the console tree, right-click Accounting, and then click Filter View.

In the Configure Accounting Filter View dialog box, click Filter Before Grouping.

In the Filter Before Grouping dialog box, under Define criteria, create criteria to filter by, by setting the following options:
- In the Column name list, select the
accounting column that you want to filter.
- In the Condition list, select the
matching condition.
- In the Value box, type the value that
you want to match.
- In the And/Or list, select the logical
value.
- In the Column name list, select the
accounting column that you want to filter.

To add the criteria that you have specified, click Add to List.

To create additional criteria to filter by, repeat steps 5 and 6.

When you are finished creating filters, click OK to filter the accounting data.
Additional considerations
- In the Configure Accounting View
Filter dialog box, you can click Save View to save the
current accounting view configuration for later use. Then, you can
use Load View to load a previously saved configuration, or
Reset View to reset the configuration to the default.
