You can change a UDDI Services Web server's database in a distributed installation. If you change a Web server's database connection to a database server that is in a different site, you change the site to which that Web server belongs. You cannot change the database connection on a Web server that is part of a stand-alone site.

Note

The UDDI Services Database must be installed on a computer before a UDDI Services Web server can be connected to it.

Membership in Administrators, or equivalent, is the minimum required to complete this procedure. Review details about using the appropriate accounts and group memberships at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=83477.
