If you are making hardware adjustments in your network, you may decide to remove a Notification server. You can use this procedure to remove a Notification server in a distributed installation of UDDI Services.

When you remove a Notification server from a site, the Notification Service is not disabled and the Notification Service is not uninstalled. To completely remove a Notification Service from a computer, use Custom configuration Unconfigure Features in the UDDI Services Configuration Wizard.

To remove a Notification server from a site
  1. Click Start, point to All Programs, point to Microsoft UDDI Services, and then click UDDI Services Management Console.

  2. In the console tree, click the Notification server that you want to remove.

  3. On the Action menu, click Delete.
