Use the Advanced tab of the Remote Domain properties page to configure advanced message delivery options for a remote domain.

You can configure the following options on the Advanced tab.

Queue messages for remote triggered delivery

Select this check box to enable Windows Server 2008 SMTP Server to hold mail for clients that connect periodically to download messages. In this case, the client issues an ATRN command. The Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) service then starts to send messages to the ATRN domain. You can create a remote domain for an address for which your virtual server queues messages and enable ATRN for the domain.

Accounts authorized to use ATRN

This option lists the user accounts and groups that are authorized to use ATRN for this remote domain. Click Add and Remove as necessary to grant or remove ATRN authorization to users.

Add

Click Add to open the Select Users or Groups window. Select the Windows user accounts or groups that are granted ATRN authorization.

Remove

Select an entry in the Accounts authorized to use ATRN list and then click Remove to delete the account from the list.
