You can use Fax Service Manager to enable security auditing and assign ownership for an object.
If you enable auditing, you can track user attempts to perform fax operations and configuration changes, log on and off computers, and change audit settings. You can choose a group or user account, and then choose which fax operation to audit for each group or user. You can select a success or failure attribute for each fax operation. The results will appear in Event Viewer.
